Cette quatrième partie de l'EN 302 091 est applicable au protocole de prénégociation aux points de référence QB SB, TB et à celui où coïncident SB/TB des implémentations conformes aux normes relatives à la spécification de protocole du Système de signalisation n° 2 d'abonné numérique (DSS2), du Système de signalisation large bande inter-centraux (QSIG-LB) et du Système de signalisation n° 7 (SS7) pour le Réseau numérique à intégration de services large bande (RNIS-LB) et le Réseau privé à intégration de services large bande (RPIS-LB).
