Le présent document traite des transformateurs monophasés et triphasés, de 1 à 50 kVA, à 50/60 Hz, immergés dans l'huile minérale ou de type sec, à refroidissement naturel, avec deux enroulements, spécialement destinés à alimenter une installation extérieure, comme définie dans la norme NF C 17-200. Ce document traite également des boites de raccordement, des coffrets basse tension installés dans une fosse visitable. Ces matériels par leurs spécificités peuvent être utilisés pour une installation en immersion et utilisés de façon temporaire.
