Le présent document commente les règles de la norme NF C 17-200 de septembre 2016 pour les installations d'illumination temporaire par guirlandes, motifs lumineux ou luminaires mis en place sur le domaine public, à l'occasion des fêtes ou de manifestations. Il s'applique également aux installations similaires sur des surfaces accessibles au public (parcs, jardins, stades, voies privées, parcs de stationnement en plein air) .
